8. Prohibited Activities

10.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Inventrix SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the platform
• Any errors or omissions in any content

10.3 Liability Cap

In no event shall Inventrix"s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Inventrix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inventrix Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys" fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content
• Any breach of your representations and warranties

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
